TERROR WMD — WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?

I meant to link to this before, but was off in hol­i­day la-​​la land. Last week, the Washington Post put together a really excel­lent series on the real like­li­hood of ter­ror­ists get­ting nuclear, bio­log­i­cal, or chem­i­cal arms.
The short answer is: no on nukes, maybe on bio, and sure could be on chem. It’s about what I would have guessed. But the series is def­i­nitely worth a read, nonetheless.
