		<description>A fixed aerostat to monitor or survey movements and actions is one thing but to bring a slow moving fully operational 2 man blimp, as the contractors wanted during OIF2, was not very intelligent.  The need to rapidly clear airspace is a reality in today&#039;s combat and a 5 mph blimp just can&#039;t perform in the fast moving requirements of today.
