OR install Multiple chaff pods on planes & in the tail section aft for disperal & mini EW array to confuse missiles. Problem: Heat signature from engines. Otherwise doable if radar guided to plane. Testbed plane: AF1, AF2? OR Secty State plane. Paint ext=AF1 BUT not AF1 for testing phase. Use idle 747 type for tests. I go for the NG BAE System Plan.
