I tried to point the mouse in front of the open spaced, magic happened, in my eyes is a wearing armor riding a bird in the above figures. RO I became the most incredible world in my eyes. I first arrived in RO, I did not know anything. Wave played on the four with me. First time I knew that the world of RF was also can sit aircraft, fight monster, and earn ragnarok zeny. I always behind with the wave, sometimes clearly in front of him, I would be with the people lost, and then he will be very angry to say that he did not play with me, behind with people also can lost. Let’s try changing the directive from the SEC DEF…*Civil Support is not a priorioty for the U.S. military*. Let’s try giving the Commander U.S. Northcom the authority to commit troops and equipment. We all have all known since the stand up of US NORTHCOM that the organization has no troops, so let’s not act surprised now. The bottom line is not troops.…..it authority.

This is FEMA’s blame more then anybody else. This situation is the whole reason we have FEMA. FEMA exists and is funded to prepare the country for this type of situation. It is supposed to formulate our plan.

Norhtcom and HS both where not on station in NOLA as fast as we would like. They also do not have the equipment and suplies for a mission like this, which would be nice. But lets be honest here, the state and local govts. didn’t do their part at all. Northcom and HS responded as anyone that has watch disasters in the US before would expect, the state and local govt however dropped the ball like I have never seen before.
