Lets see stories in the news as of late $3.5 Billion in Iraqi rebuilding funds is unaccounted for, contractor takes and gives bribes, contractor has prision record.
No pipe line blown up in a while, business is getting back to as usual on the Iraqi street, IED ambushes of civilian transport down.
Iraqi insurgents seem to be well funded, al Qaeda request money form al Zarqawi.
Could any of this be commected?
Could the new found source of money to the insurgents be none other the us.
Naw, it could never happen. Not with the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld team running things.
