The majority of US Marines over their would agree on this. We are trained to carrie out a mission untile either complete victory or the orders have been completed. I would say in my own opinion(damn if we do, damn if we dont). We are trying to bring democracy to a people who have never know it, As many people have posted, how would the US like it if some superpower tried to come over hear and change our government into a tyriney (although the dems are trying that). I support the troops no matter what goes on. They follow orders, thats what they are made to do. When we have the dems trying to go back and say that the Bush admin. was all lies kills the moral. When I served in the USMC Clinton was the COS. Did anyone know that in his 8 years in office he only stoped at Camp LeJeune once in his 8 years? Some COS this guy was. I think it might have been due to the visit to the Naval station where he got boo'ed. While some think it is better to bring home our troops, the mission would have exactley what the author of this message stated.

I am a prior Marine, in saying that, I stand on mission accomplishment.
