		<description>ANGELS will most likely fly on Spectator as a host.  The early references at DARPA to a &quot;microsat inspector&quot;  became what is now known as ANGELS.  I think that the confusion about what Spectator is to be is only on the part of the DARPA PM who also ran the now in trouble Orbital Express.  Everyone else who works on Spectator knows what it is supposed to be.
