		<description>It always ammazes me how hard it seems to be for the DOD to put together a good radio system. I know there are a large number of considerations but with the improvements in consumer radios and encyption (both wired and wireless) in the last 10 years or so you would think it would be easy enough to just pick out what they want and put it together.
