Just a reminder, the liberal media is owned by the wealthy right. You think they are the liberals because that is what they have their puppets tell you every day, all day. But Mrs Dole has been on the board of NPR for years, General Powells son ran the FCC (and destroyed the protections against corporate ownership while in office), Dan Quayle's family owns plenty of chunks of newspapers. A radio market like the one I live in is 80+ percent clear channel ('we only represent our advertisers' ummm, Darpa has a lot of advertising money in it's subprojects, seen any army ads lately?)
The liberal media is a myth designed to keep people watching the news.

interesting point of view pedestrian.. by that supposition we shouldn't teach anyone in this country anything until they've signed an NDA form and then we should monitor each and every citizen as well in as much as they may inadvertantly disclose some piece of information that's been common knowledge to the international community for 20 to 60 year. Is that correct?
I love how any elected official that may embrace the concept that the citizenry has a right to know what their government is doing in their name is pegged a liberal. Thomas Jefferson was a liberal, so was George Washington and we won't even discuss bad old Ben Franklin, right?
Let me quote someone no one cosidered a 'liberal', (though perhaps he was a radical for his time).
"There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty. John Adams, Journal, 1772 "

Thanks to a liberal President in charge of the time who risked our country for declassifying something that is considered too sensitive to be released today. The bad news is that there are brainless liberal journalists who are telling our enemies declassified going classified.
>And that's not a good thing, when you're trying to track down terrorists.
Who else is going to track terrorists other than government intelligence and security force? The liberal media supporting terrorists? What a laughable joke.
A noble eagle hides its claws (its wisdom and knowledge). The less information the enemy has, the better. This is a good move by the government. The journalists in US should be proud at least for not being hanged to death like in a communist country for publicizing secrets.
