		<description>That&#039;s actually very interesting.  It&#039;s fun to look behind the curtain and see how these things work.  It&#039;s also interesting that &quot;in-motion&quot; weighing has been the civilian standard for over a decade.  I realize it has to be portable and so on, but I&#039;m surprised even so that it has taken them so long to field it.
