		<description>Well, Bush has already said that Iraq will be a problem for his successor(s?) to solve.  (I don&#039;t get how this fits in with the whole &quot;Party of Responsibility&quot; schtick, but Karl Rove&#039;s a genius, so....)  So what&#039;s the rush about getting these Iraqi soldiers vetted and trained and such?
