We need to ensure ongoing and future device reliability for our National Survival regardless of the "politics". In addition; new designs to include reliable earth-penetration warheads and reduced-blast warheads (read: enhanced radiation warhead) should be renewed to completion. We will be at war with the Chinese Communist's no later than 2050. Klinton & Gore (both should be shot as traitor's) gave them our W-88 warhead design & allowed them to aquire guidence packages which just proved their effectiveness in an anti-satellite shot.
