		<description>You would think they would be spending huge amounts of money on this, when you realize that 70% of the logistics load they bring into combat is fuel. Also interesting to note that there haven&#039;t been major breakthroughs in civilian cars in least not in the mainstream companies it goes along with the idea that when the Military Industrial Base makes big jumps in any technology so does the civilan counter-part industry.
Great work by the way I think people should hear more about you, you remind me of John Stossel.
