		<description>I think it&#039;s great that they have the trust of the locals - I wish we did. But will this mean that they&#039;ll be afraid to act according to their mandate for fear of losing that? Or rather, it will - any type of action against Hez will come at the price of a loss of inside contact. Will they be able to navigate this tradeoff succesfully and be effective? It&#039;s basically the tradeoff that community policing raises. (I can&#039;t wait for the HBO spinoff, &quot;The Wire: Beka&#039;a Valley&quot;.)
