Or maybe I missed something..
Not to say that it can&#039;t be used. The article doesn&#039;t really point to that fact, just eludes to it.  For that matter any phone could be used as an I.E.D. as long as it works in the area where the I.E.D. would be used, not to talk about it all like common-place or anything.
