You dont need a longer barrel to that effect, M4 uses 1 7 barrel twist which can carry up to 72 gr.

Those problems were in the first batch of TAR-21s. The issue have since been corrected in all production rifles. In addition, the Indian's are purchasing further stocks of Tavors.

The Israeli Army is adopting the Micro-Tavor design in finality for all infantry.

The AR's are very ergonomic. G36, the SCAR and the ACR Bush. Rem. all copied the ergonomic aspects of the AR.

Correct Wes, Tavor has a lot of problems with its gas system. In my opinion the Isreali army will not adopt the Tavor in the near future, they will keep on using the M4 or any of the AR platforms. there is no dramatic change in the rifle except for its space gun look.

the M4 has a very accurate barrel at 1 7 twist, you can use much higher grain bullets in it( 67 gr to 72gr.) using these bullets the M4 is accurate up to 800 yrds. the M4 is a very ergonomic rifle and easy to operate and much easier to repair in the field. My advice, just bring an extra bolt head.
