Adapt commercial submersibles for SEAL Use. Rethink this strategy for SpecOps. Dont sink the SSGNs equipped for this role. Must have. Use USVs & UAVs for Recon etc. May as wellnot have DSSV If using rafts ala WW2 style for inshore action/ Revive these SEAL Subs.
