ALL Vets Over 40 only whose active & healthy. Revive Battlefield Commissions for officer ranks. Realign ASVAB Testing. Offer TAD to Vets from Korean War to Vietnam War eras. Alter US military academies: West Point, Annapolis, CO Springs alone. More can be done.
