It will be interesting to see how that inside-out, forward swept wing design functions after an F-22 blasts one of the forward control surfaces off.

That aircraft hasn’t shown anything special that F/A-18 can’t do, especially in slow flight. The 47 probably has good control and extremely slow speeds due to it’s reverse wings. Too bad being slow doesn’t help you in a dogfight.

but realistically, i think it looks cool. hopefully the forward swept wings (FSW) actually have an operation addvantage too.

Yes definatly coolest looking though f22 is hands down best fighter. Plus i have to wonder about the russians abilities to keep very many of these in combat condition there not hot on maintinance.
as for the russian BC it proves a point just cause it doesnt shoot laser beams and railguns doesnt mean its useless hell you could convert a iowa into a missile platform cost more that upgrading the guns but hell…and as its been said before the 16in guns on the iowas could also be use against Balistic missiles…just because its old dont mean its useless and no im not 60 but 24 so believe me its common sence down here
and i wondered when theyd realize you could arm a bomber again..hell just make it tough screw stealth and give it lots of anti missile weapons..
can we get through e-bay? or even cooler, we could take four of them from them since they stole four of our humvees in georgia. uses probably the same amount of gas, ain’t that right christian?

Great aircraft by russian. SU-47. Not sure whether there is any flows (weak point) on this fighter jet. Reminds of a bird…..the bold vulture. Typical russian invention.

Bring back the battleships! Load’em up with missiles. I’ll bet that a mere $5billion per ship in renovations could provide something to outdo the Russians…
