We have to consider that the GO corp in Army has a style of politics, the likes of Brown must respect. But I found him to be closed minded in his position as PEO soldier to the extent that he and his team batted out any competing or out performing system from their review and networked at that. Don’t try going here or there, we fixed it. No kidding.
