There is a book &quot;Vlamgat&quot; that describes their use. Unfortunately the video is not of SAAF F1s.  They are French F1s stationed in Chad.  The SAAF F1s did not have the aerial refueling probe as the F1s in the video have.  This clip has shown up in various forms. The SAAF trained their pilots to fly low due to the layered Russian made SAM systems in Angola.
