Hi Kevin & Christian,
I enjoyed the thought provoking conversation. Given that we need to reduce the surface area of cyber risk to the United States, and the only answer is through the active deployment of security software and patch management, it seems we need an incentive based system to increase adoption. What if the U.S. Government started issuing fines to reckless computer users? I think the deterrent would drive a more proactive approach to securing these computers. Thoughts?
