It’s really a shame that the 1 MW loudspeaker system was deleted. The M423 would be much more intimidating if Blue Oyster Cult’s “Godzilla” was blasting over the loudspeakers while it was clearing out OPFOR infantry…

Frankly I’m amazed that anyone would have greenlighted a project that is so backward-looking. Where’s the space capability? Where’s the nano-technology? Why are they still using old-fashioned metal? It might push the price up a bit, but hey, we’re looking at the 21st century here, not the 12th.
Am I the only one who thinks that this project looks like a dinoasur…?
A white elephant would have been the way to go….
