If they fully deploy in 2 MICRO-seconds, as you say, not in 2 milli-seconds, then they open at a speed of 250.000 meters per second, or 900.000 km/h, or Mach 735 (detection and signal processing speed deliberately ignored, to give them a little bit more time to inflate).
