Ft. Hood, TX, today, November 5, 2009, became one battlefield of Islamic terrorism, amongst, WTC in New York, Pentagon in Washington, DC, and Shanksville, PA on 9/11/01, as well as, 1993 WTC bombing in New York, the attack on our embassies in East Africa in 1998, and the attack on USS Cole in 2000.
Yup, shooting unarmmed people in a medical processing center, typical Islamic cowardice.… Just like the bunch that the FBI arrested recently that were planning on attacking US malls. This is the most cowardly enemy that we have ever faced.
Heck, even when Israel does a prisoner swap, they swap one Israeli for 200 terrorists. That just shows their worth… A Jew is worth hundreds of Arabs…
How come everyone was unarmed? Isn’t Ft Hood an Army post? Most people don’t realize how anti-self protection the military is. Carrying a firearm for self protection would land you in jail. Ironically, it never seems to deter murderers.

I suggest you take a trip to a place like Somalia, Zimbabwe, or Afghanistan to see what an actual corrupt government looks like. I do not like many things about my government, but to call it “the most corrupt on the planet” is a statement of mind-boggling ignorance.
I think what he is referring to is people that come to America just to take advantage of the system (minority prefernce in college, jobs etc) but they don’t come to America to become Americans. They still want to be (whatever country)-American. It’s bull crap, the more we let these outsiders in the more we weaken what our forefathers created, a country where you are free but you respect freedoms of those around you. At this day of political correctness outsiders are coming in and changing our country from within because they aren’t respecting the freedoms of others and if you stand up against it you are labeled a racist.
America is a mixture of many different races and nationalities but when you become an American you should drop all the other stuff. By all means eat whatever ethnic food you were raised on, celebrate whatever holiday you want, and praise whatever God you wish (or no God if that’s your wish) but at the end of the day pledge allegience to your country and your flag (and those beliefs it was founded upon).

Should the founding fathers have dropped “all the other stuff” that they brought with them like the Magna Carta or the other British political writings that influenced our Constitution? I can’t reconcile the political thinkings of the Buddha, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and Plato to those of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, or Abe Lincoln because those other guys were foreigners outside your proscribed domains of food, holidays, and worship? The double-standard you’re applying makes no sense.
And, on top of which, MAJOR HASSAN WAS BORN IN VIRGINIA. His parents both immigrated and became citizens, and the Roanoke Times had some pretty nice things to say about his mother on her passing in 2001. He went through the same system that any American can apply for, and I’m going to bet that the US Army paid for the medical degree of a whole hell of a lot more white people than not-white people in his or any other year. I do not understand how this is an example of the “other” taking advantage of the American system to the exclusion of white Americans. As of now, I have as much reason to believe his religion or ethnic background had as much to do with his actions as Tim McVeigh or Harris & Klebold’s did in influencing theirs.

Yes they used outside sources to influence their work but what they formed was all together brand new (outside of a pure democracy like the ancient Greeks used). FYI John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Uncle Abe were all Americans first philosophers second. They put the country first before any other beliefs they held. How many times did they claim to be English-American?
Islam is a violent religion. How many times in the past have we heard the terrorist yell Allah Akbar before murdering people. God said thou shall not murder. There religion is twisted. Yes the Army likely paid for his education as it does for lots of people. But everybody who joins the military has the same chance of getting their education paid for, it has nothing to do with race. Now once you try to get a promotion, a job outside the Army, or apply to a certain school then the white guys get screwed. Does that make sense to you? Why shouldn’t everybody have the same chance? Why should race even be in someone’s application?

News reports have said that this guy has openly stated his disapproval of being stationed in Iraq or Afghanistan. I also saw a report today that he was turned in as a security risk after his pro-Muslim Anti-war comments at a military Doctors conference. And no, the Koran does not say anything about killing non-muslims. In fact, it bans conversion by force (unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to have had an effect on the persecution of people converting from islam to another religion, which is a truly awful practice).

Duality, it comes down to the end result. The Torah and Bible teach “love your neighbor as yourself”, to take care of strangers, to pray for your enemies and instruct those who disagree with you. It does discuss some wars in the old testament, mostly in Israel establishing the promised land. But read the Gospels, you will see that the Jewish/christian faith is based on love. Jesus sacrificed himself for mankind, to reconcile men to God.
The Muslim faith also uses the “old Testament” of the bible and also believe that Jesus was a prophet. But then it adds the teachings of the Koran. It is a religion where you never really know where you stand with God, but their is a way where you can have an assured relationship with him.
Not once in the Bible/Torah does it say to force people to convert to their faith, the Koran plainly states that fact.
This argument can go on forever, that is why “changing” Afghanistan and Iraq is so difficult. It is a conflict of faiths. The Americans and Jews will always be infidels to Muslims. Until the truth is know, their will never be change.

I think what he is referring to is people that come to America just to take advantage of the system (minority prefernce in college, jobs etc) but they don’t come to America to become Americans. They still want to be (whatever country)-American. It’s bull crap, the more we let these outsiders in the more we weaken what our forefathers created, a country where you are free but you respect freedoms of those around you. At this day of political correctness outsiders are coming in and changing our country from within because they aren’t respecting the freedoms of others and if you stand up against it you are labeled a racist.

I also saw a report today that he was turned in as a security risk after his pro-Muslim Anti-war comments at a military Doctors conference. And let’s not forget that the Base commander reported he yelled “allah akbar” when he started shooting.
In 2003 a muslim turn coat soldier killed and wounded a bunch of GI’s by rolling a grenade into a tent. My question is how did this slip through the cracks? How did someone who was a vocal anti-American muslim not get investigated earlier? Especially in a military unit. Something needs to change now so that more turncoat terrorist attacks do not happen.

And no, the Koran does not say anything about killing non-muslims. In fact, it bans conversion by force (unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to have had an effect on the persecution of people converting from islam to another religion, which is a truly awful practice).

Both books are violent. The problem is with leaders who exploit religion to promote violence, not with the books.
Duality, it comes down to the end result. The Torah and Bible teach “love your neighbor as yourself”, to take care of strangers, to pray for your enemies and instruct those who disagree with you. It does discuss some wars in the old testament, mostly in Israel establishing the promised land. But read the Gospels, you will see that the Jewish/christian faith is based on love. Jesus sacrificed himself for mankind, to reconcile men to God.
The Muslim faith also uses the “old Testament” of the bible and also believe that Jesus was a prophet. But then it adds the teachings of the Koran. It is a religion where you never really know where you stand with God, but their is a way where you can have an assured relationship with him.
Not once in the Bible/Torah does it say to force people to convert to their faith, the Koran plainly states that fact.
This argument can go on forever, that is why “changing” Afghanistan and Iraq is so difficult. It is a conflict of faiths. The Americans and Jews will always be infidels to Muslims. Until the truth is know, their will never be change.

Israel protects itself against constant racism and hate from nations that completely surround it. The land legaly belongs to Israel. The land was conqured by Israel in ancient times and then returned to Israel after WWII. The land is called the “Promised Land” and the Jews are the special chosen people of God.
Muslim nations could have easily absorbed the Palestinians, yet none of them allowed them in. This situation could have easily been diffused if Muslims practice “love” and took in people of their own faith.
Now, you have a displaced people group that depends on terrorism to force a nation into giving it land. And when land is given “to bring peace” they just demand more. The Muslims will not be happy until Israel no longer exists.
Actually, Israel was not given the West Bank, Golan Heights, or Gaza Strip after WWII. Isreal acquired them in a 1967 surprise attack.
Actually, Israel was supposed to be given much more, but through constant whining from Muslims, the land was divided up. If it was the US, it would be the equivilence of Russia being given NY, NJ, PA, FL, CA, TX and several other states during the cold war.
Israel then suffered from constant attacks and finally after a large buildup of muslim troops and tanks in these border areas, and fearing another full out Muslim attack, Israel preempitvely struck the Muslim army and drove them out of the West Bank, Golan, and Gaza…
