Islamic Terrorists Kills 12 and 31 Wounded at Ft. Hood, TX!!!

Prayers for the victims and their families.

The war against Islamic terrorism is an asymmetrical war. Front lines can be everywhere.

Ft. Hood, TX, today, November 5, 2009, became one battlefield of Islamic terrorism, amongst, WTC in New York, Pentagon in Washington, DC, and Shanksville, PA on 9/11/01, as well as, 1993 WTC bombing in New York, the attack on our embassies in East Africa in 1998, and the attack on USS Cole in 2000.

Yup, shooting unarmmed people in a medical processing center, typical Islamic cowardice.… Just like the bunch that the FBI arrested recently that were planning on attacking US malls. This is the most cowardly enemy that we have ever faced.

Heck, even when Israel does a prisoner swap, they swap one Israeli for 200 terrorists. That just shows their worth… A Jew is worth hundreds of Arabs…

How come everyone was unarmed? Isn’t Ft Hood an Army post? Most people don’t realize how anti-self protection the military is. Carrying a firearm for self protection would land you in jail. Ironically, it never seems to deter murderers.

–Racist? How is Islam a race? But you’re right; it’s the 21st century and the only people acting “like the guy in the next cave over is their mortal enemy” are the Muslims caught in their 7th century barbarian mentality.

Love your neighbor as yourself means a lot to Christians but certainly not Muslims. And Christians sure do have a right to defend themselves from the maniacal killers that Islam breeds.

Once again, a liberal filled with self-hatred is more offended by perceived slights against Islam than by the barbarous acts of Islam itself.

I pray that the shooter lives and then they waterboard him. Our country, us, the people, need to stand up and stop this insanity. It is not racial profiling, it is Muslims, period. We should round them all up, send them back where they came from and when all of their radical people play nice around the world, consider letting them come back to America, the greatest Country on earth.

We paid for this Muslim extremist to become a doctor. My children are decendents of the people that built this nation and they don’t get hundreds of thousands of dollars from the taxpayers to go to college.

I’m sick and tired of political correctness, I’m sick and tired of our country paying for everyone around the world and in turn they burn our flag or danced at 9/11.

    Edward,

I think what he is referring to is people that come to America just to take advantage of the system (minority prefernce in college, jobs etc) but they don’t come to America to become Americans. They still want to be (whatever country)-American. It’s bull crap, the more we let these outsiders in the more we weaken what our forefathers created, a country where you are free but you respect freedoms of those around you. At this day of political correctness outsiders are coming in and changing our country from within because they aren’t respecting the freedoms of others and if you stand up against it you are labeled a racist.

America is a mixture of many different races and nationalities but when you become an American you should drop all the other stuff. By all means eat whatever ethnic food you were raised on, celebrate whatever holiday you want, and praise whatever God you wish (or no God if that’s your wish) but at the end of the day pledge allegience to your country and your flag (and those beliefs it was founded upon).

“a country where you are free but you respect freedoms of those around you.”

Like, say, the freedom to identify yourself as a Chinese-American, an Irish-American, an Italian-American, or a Palestinian-American if you so desire? Should the founding fathers have dropped “all the other stuff” that they brought with them like the Magna Carta or the other British political writings that influenced our Constitution? I can’t reconcile the political thinkings of the Buddha, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, and Plato to those of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, or Abe Lincoln because those other guys were foreigners outside your proscribed domains of food, holidays, and worship? The double-standard you’re applying makes no sense.

And, on top of which, MAJOR HASSAN WAS BORN IN VIRGINIA. His parents both immigrated and became citizens, and the Roanoke Times had some pretty nice things to say about his mother on her passing in 2001. He went through the same system that any American can apply for, and I’m going to bet that the US Army paid for the medical degree of a whole hell of a lot more white people than not-white people in his or any other year. I do not understand how this is an example of the “other” taking advantage of the American system to the exclusion of white Americans. As of now, I have as much reason to believe his religion or ethnic background had as much to do with his actions as Tim McVeigh or Harris & Klebold’s did in influencing theirs.

But whatever. The comment system might be improved, but the commenters apparently are the same as ever.

Why come to the United States if you don’t want to be an American? If you want to be Italian go to Italy, same with the others. Like I said, keep all the cultural identies, that is part of what makes the U.S.A. so great. But come together as Americans and respect your neighbors.

“Should the founding fathers have dropped “all the other stuff” that they brought with them like the Magna Carta or the other British political writings that influenced our Constitution?”

Yes they used outside sources to influence their work but what they formed was all together brand new (outside of a pure democracy like the ancient Greeks used). FYI John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Uncle Abe were all Americans first philosophers second. They put the country first before any other beliefs they held. How many times did they claim to be English-American?

Islam is a violent religion. How many times in the past have we heard the terrorist yell Allah Akbar before murdering people. God said thou shall not murder. There religion is twisted. It is a religion where they call good evil and evil good, and so a curse is upon them. That is why they do what they do. They are given over to it fully. There religion teaches lying is ok in certain circumstances, murder is ok in certain circumstances, stealing is ok in certain circumstances. Do you see how this is twisted? God teaches that lies are always a sin in all circumstances.

Your right, but it is the terrorists that are the ones that are actually following the tenets of their faith.

The Koran says to convert the world to Islam through force or choice. And those that will not convert must die, where do you think the word Jihad comes from? It means a war against infidels, and who are infidels? Anyone who is not Muslim.… Like it or not, the Global War on Terrorism is a war against the Muslim faith…

The only thing that will stop the terrorism is a change in core belief values and that means a conversion from Islam. Oh, wait a minute, the Muslims are told to excommunicate and kill converts from Islam also…

You’re attributing the beliefs of hardcore Al Qaida extremists to ONE BILLION people. The vast majority of Muslims do not share Al Qaida’s views (which you described very well). Al Qaida and their ilk twist religion to their own ends, and aren’t representative of mainstream Islam.

On another note, isn’t it convenient that we didn’t find Jihad a bad thing at all when it was against the Soviet Union?

Sorry, not buying it. The majority of Muslims that are not secular and actually follow their faith share these views. Al Qaida just teaches it straight from their book.

If what you say is true, why do most of the Muslim nations publicly bash Israel? Why is there a constant flow of foreign fighters (from EVERY Muslim nation) into Iraq and Afghanistan? Because it is their faith to try to wipe out the Jews and Christians.

It sounds like you have boughten into the lie that Islam is a peaceful religion. Here check this website out, it is run by ex-Muslims. It talks about what they really believe and what kind of person Mohammed really was…

    Jesus said it best:

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:15–20)

Yes Major Hassan was born in Virginia, but he marked Palestinian-American on his paperwork at his local Mosque in Virginia. Hmm, sounds like he wasn’t really that sold on being American. In my honest opinion your birth place shouldn’t make you an automatic citizen. I’ll save that for a rainy day.

Yes the Army likely paid for his education as it does for lots of people. But everybody who joins the military has the same chance of getting their education paid for, it has nothing to do with race. Now once you try to get a promotion, a job outside the Army, or apply to a certain school then the white guys get screwed. Does that make sense to you? Why shouldn’t everybody have the same chance? Why should race even be in someone’s application?

McVeigh, Harris, and Klebold were crazy, did any of them mention God or their race in why they did what they did? Nope.

What is the point of coming to America (or living here) if you don’t want to BE AMERICAN?

Oble dont be a moron. This guy listed his place of birth as palestine even though he was born in virgina.

There is a huge difference between racism and just damn common sence.

The american people and government need to wake up. This is not a police action this is a war. They have been at war with us sence we founded our country. If the common muslim wont fight or atleast condem terrorist actions around the world then they have still made a choice.

According to there imams they can do or say anything as long as it will hurt us. We do not count as real people to many that we are fighting or who are supporting radical islam.

When they say they condem the attacks on western televison they say the exact opposite on there own.

Radical islam is the threat. You cant reason with it, bribe it, change it, or live with it. You can only destroy it.

True, not all Muslims are terrorists. But when you can’t tell them apart because they don’t stand up and cry out against it, then in my mind they are just as guilty.

After all, ‘All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing’. So if they are not going to stand against it than they stand for it by silence.

And again, you don’t see any little old ladies doing jihad, or white or black or yellow or orange, only muslims. So we should be monitoring everything they do. I like racial profiling.

People immigrate to this country and then bash our country or try to change our country to their homeland or try to force their customs on us. If they want what is in their homeland or they want their customs, go back where you came from. If you want to be in America you need to adhere to our customs and assimilate and learn our language or quite frankly GO HOME!

Terrorism is a method of warfare, and it is not specific to any one ethnic/religious group any more than air warfare or naval warfare.

15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudis and then there is that Bin Laden guy, wait a minute, he is a Saudi too… We are not at war with a person or fanatics, but a twisting of religion… This is not the first time that a Muslim in the US military has turned on his true brothers and sisters.

I am sorry, I don’t think we should put all the Muslims in internment camps like the Japenese of WWII, but I think more caution is necessary. When you fight cowards unfortunately you need to take harsh steps in protecting the innocent.

    are rabid deranged savages.

The Jews, of course, are even more peaceful and forgiving than the Christians, and that is why Israel deserves the 100% support of the USA!

Christianity is the religion of peace.

European/American history bears this fact out.

There were no European wars about religion, there was no Inquisition, there was no slaughter of S. American natives by the Christian Spanish Conquistadors in the name of God, and there were no Salem Witch Trials.

The Christians have a historical record that is absolutely spotless.

It is those hate filled Muslims that should be killed, and then we Christians can get back to doing what we do best.

But here is part of Deuteronomy 7:

When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations—the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you — and when the Lord your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally. But, because we feel we need to try to appease Muslims by giving them more and more land, the US forces Israel to give land to them in an “attempt” at peace. No peace will come from giving Israeli land to the Muslims, because the Muslims want all the land, especially Jerusalem and they just want to wipe the Jews out in accordance with their Koran…

In talking with my 31 year old daughter about this I realize how ingnorant that generation is about the condition our country is in.

My sincere condolances to those that lost loved ones at Ft. Hood and those that have injured ones. My thoughts are with those at Ft. Hood.

The majority of terrorists opposed to the US, sure.

But there are A LOT of terrorists. Irish, (though thankfully that situation seems to be over) Ulster, Maoist, communist, Tamil, American (Timothy McVeigh types), various nationalists…

Anyway, I don’t consider Timothy McVeigh representative of my country, and I don’t consider Osama Bin Laden representative of the Middle East. It’s unfair to judge a group by the worst among them.

Cannon, please stop bringing relevant facts and arguments into this. The Koran and the Hadiths are off-limits to criticism; didn’t you get the memo? Just because their “holy” books call for the killing, enslavement, and forced conversion of us sons of monkeys and pigs doesn’t mean it’s behind their murderous ideology. Sheesh! Before you know it, you’re going to say that the passage from the Sunna “Every tree and every rock will cry out, ‘Oh Muslim, there is a Jew hiding behind me! Come and kill the Jew!” inspires violence against Jews or something.

No, I am not a muslim.

And no, the Koran does not say anything about killing non-muslims. In fact, it bans conversion by force (unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to have had an effect on the persecution of people converting from islam to another religion, which is a truly awful practice).

Fascism? Last time I heard, the fascists promoted christianity. Or, at least, their version of christianity that they twisted to promote fascism. Rather like islamic extremists twist islam to promote their ideology.

Wow, that’s a load of BS. The Koran is very explicit about killing, oppressing, converting and taxing non-muslims (infidels)

Wow… Dude, I recommend that you do some research. 2:191, “And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out …” It’s all in the Koran, even the beheading of the infidel parts (8:12). You didn’t think that the terrorist came up with that all by themselves did you?

9:123 is also nice, “fight the unbelievers that live near you”. I guess that would some up what happened at Fort Hood.

He was just following what his religion said to do… Islam is not a religion of peace…

When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations–the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you–and when the Lord your God has delivered them over to you and you have defeated them, then you must destroy them totally.

What holy book is this from?

Cannon is quick to try and place the above quote by Duality into context but he makes no effort to do the same regarding the Quran.

Muslims are not ‘commanded to kill every non-muslim on the face of the planet.’ Extremists might think so, but the Islamic world historically tolerated Christians and Jews, though it made them second-class citizens.

Truth hurts huh Sam? Should I bring up how Muslims are allowed to treat their wifes, better yet the whole female gender?

Muslims are allowed to lie to further their cause, yup it’s another of their “peaceful” beliefs… It’s called Al-taqiyya… Maybe we should ask Barry Soetoro about this…

Deny it all you want, It’s in their book. Is every Muslim a murdering machine, no, some are very pleasant. But, it comes down to issues of core values and unfortunately when you look into it, that is the core of their faith.

Is every Muslim a terrorist? No, but then again every Christian has no clue what they believe either. They go to church once a week and whatever the pastor or priest says is what they accept as truth, they don’t take the time to look into it themselves…

The problem is you have Muslim Imams that teach straight from the Koran, and enforce barbaric laws and teachings, these are the Militant ones that we are having problems with. The others teach a more passive form of Islam, they are for the most part friendly, do family things and fast at Ramadan…

Duality, it comes down to the end result. The Torah and Bible teach “love your neighbor as yourself”, to take care of strangers, to pray for your enemies and instruct those who disagree with you. It does discuss some wars in the old testament, mostly in Israel establishing the promised land. But read the Gospels, you will see that the Jewish/christian faith is based on love. Jesus sacrificed himself for mankind, to reconcile men to God.

The Muslim faith also uses the “old Testament” of the bible and also believe that Jesus was a prophet. But then it adds the teachings of the Koran. It is a religion where you never really know where you stand with God, but their is a way where you can have an assured relationship with him.

Not once in the Bible/Torah does it say to force people to convert to their faith, the Koran plainly states that fact.

This argument can go on forever, that is why “changing” Afghanistan and Iraq is so difficult. It is a conflict of faiths. The Americans and Jews will always be infidels to Muslims. Until the truth is know, their will never be change.

Actually, fascists promote the worship of the state, over the rights of the individual, often under the cloak of making things better and more fair for everyone.….
Kinda like killing people for listening to music and throwing acid in girls faces when they go to school, because your “holy” book says that these things should not be done. For the good of everyone of course.….

If it’s the state doing that, it’s theocracy. If it’s not the state… it’s individual religious extremism.

Fascism is a distinct ideology that should not be confused with totalitarianism, stalinism, maoism, or other ideologies that worship the state.

Israel protects itself against constant racism and hate from nations that completely surround it. The land legaly belongs to Israel. The land was conqured by Israel in ancient times and then returned to Israel after WWII. The land is called the “Promised Land” and the Jews are the special chosen people of God.

Muslim nations could have easily absorbed the Palestinians, yet none of them allowed them in. This situation could have easily been diffused if Muslims practice “love” and took in people of their own faith.

Now, you have a displaced people group that depends on terrorism to force a nation into giving it land. And when land is given “to bring peace” they just demand more. The Muslims will not be happy until Israel no longer exists.

Actually, Israel was not given the West Bank, Golan Heights, or Gaza Strip after WWII. Isreal acquired them in a 1967 surprise attack.

Actually, Israel was supposed to be given much more, but through constant whining from Muslims, the land was divided up. If it was the US, it would be the equivilence of Russia being given NY, NJ, PA, FL, CA, TX and several other states during the cold war.

Israel then suffered from constant attacks and finally after a large buildup of muslim troops and tanks in these border areas, and fearing another full out Muslim attack, Israel preempitvely struck the Muslim army and drove them out of the West Bank, Golan, and Gaza…

The Muslims do not want some of the land, they want Israel destroyed. They believe that they are the “Blessed of God” instead of Israel, and with Israel in existance, it proves their faith wrong.

Defying all natural posibility, Israel, which had been scattered to all the nations of the world have returned to the land promised them by God as written in scripture, and the next part of prophecy is the destruction of her enemies. “I will bless those who bless you and curse those that curse you…” — Gen 12:3
