I do not live in the USA. I live about 230 miles to the west of the Itaipu hydroelectric facility. Which contrary to what is said in this news article, is the largest hydro plant in the world, not the second largest. The Chinese plant has more installed capacity, however it is not 100% used due to a shortage of water. You are correct. I do not live in the USA.

I certainly never said anything like that. However, cyber warfare, in conjunction with military strikes, or as a form of domestic terrorism is a very real threat. I think it's a 'special' kid fo threat because of the relative ease for all parties involved to hide behind proxies and to strike globally. Not to mention that a relatively cheap strike can result in big $$ losses for the target. Nuclear weapons? Obviously not. But a real threat none the less.
