		<description>If intel can be obtained from these sites that should be done. It seems to me that these sites could be infected with viruses that attach themselves to the computers of persons that log on to them. The virus could be left dormant until the same site is logged on to a second or third time by that person. The virus would then become active and create problems for the site owner and the person that logged on to it. That would provide time to collect more intel and slowly destroy the site and the persons machine that contacted it.
