Since we’re talking China, and I love vehicle camouflage patterns, I had to put up this shot of Chinese APCs (or SP howitzers?) with digital camouflage. Its the first shot I’ve come across of a vehicle with digital camouflage. As my colleague Christian Lowe writes over at Kit Up, it’s from the Chinese military parade in October last year where apparently all vehicles sported the digital pattern.

Now the communist leaders can roll over their dissidents in style.
The exact name is the ZBD2000 and I think it would be similar to the Styker MGS. Its a 105 equivalent. I've seen it in blue digital also.
I wonder what else the Chinese are copying from us? F22 specs, war plans, missile techng. All the stuff that we are supposed to be protecting but are too blind to realize that China IS NOT our friend and IS waging a self proclaimed cyberwar against the US. Hell they've already hacked our financial system.
We are going to be in trouble if we have another Taiwan strait incident now that we are so comprimised. We do need to wake up and see that they are quite open about replacing us as the world's superpower.
You can find lots of shots here:

Smart.
But they forgot the wheels.
Four evenly spaced round shapes with white rimming.
Just shouts, I am here!
Just like our Soldiers with their camo uniforms on with their big black bold m16/m4's
Brits did it a long time ago with their Berlin Brigade,

Nothing new… Jordan adopted and applied fractal patterns to a variety of vehicles including their Challenger tanks back in 2006. The Slovakian Mig 29' have been sporting fractical pattern camouflage since 2007.
I just want to know how you paint a vehicle with digital paint. I can see it being printed on fabric, but what kind of brush do you use to do this??
Airbrush, probably, just like any other paint. You could program a computer to spray it in a particular pattern like that.
It wouldn't be all that hard to make large stencils that you apply to the vehicles to paint over. Alternately there's always pre-printed vinyl sheets that could be applied although it might not be the best thing for a military vehicle but it could be done.
the chicoms still show their russky fascination with white sidewall tires
I love the vehicle commander with the super high-speed digi-camo, with the huge red "shoot me" flag on his shoulder.
I'm much more concerned about that blossoming mushroom cloud over bejing (frame left) and the fact that soldier boy (forground) apparently hasnt noticed ? Its going to take ALOT of digital camo to cover up that crater
On SpeedTV's Bullrun, there a Lambo w/digi camo and its driven by 2 asians
Instead of red meatballs (Japan) they have red squares to shoot at!!!
An A-10 will still se the infrared signature from the exhaust and send it
to the scrap yard.
Anyone else see the weird explosion thingy on the left of the screen.
That's the Sun setting behind a tree, not a mushroom cloud.
The US experimented with digital vehicle camo in Europe in the '80s…
U.S. Army 2nd Armored Calvary Regiment in Europe from 78-early 80s
That's actually not digital camo. They're actually making their vehicles out of LEGOs now.
just what I thought…..nice…..!
hey, LOGANS' right, since all dem little plastic things are made there, damn I would like to see the LEGO-F22…
Seriously, China outnumbers soldiers elsewhere digi-camo or not…
